Do you accept credit card payment or PayPal?

We do in fact accept both. Our credit card payments are processed through PayPal and you can pay through both types of mediums. The type of credit cards we accept are Visa, Master Card, AMEX, and Discover.

How do I install [blank]?

We don't offer any support from 3rd party software installations, but we do offer Fantastico with each hosting package. Fantastico allows you to instantly install over 50 different scripts on your account without the need to understand complex programming languages.

Where are your servers located and what do they run?

Our servers are located in the NAC datacenter and are hosted on Dual Dual-Core Xeon "Woodcrest" Servers with a minimum of 4 GB ECC Registered Memory. visit our features page to view more information.

What is clustered failover technology?

All of our servers run a failover application that monitors the connectivity of the servers as well as the services that are running on each server every second. If a failure in a service is detected, the application automatically initiates the next available server to become the parent to all of the server services such as Web, Email, MySQL or cPanel. Once all services are failed over, your site and space will remain online until the server is fixed. This ensures that your data will be always accessable, no matter what.

I get an error when connecting to my database using localhost?

Because our servers are running on failover technology, meaning your database is safe on another server, you will have to connect to your MySQL database using the IP address that was sent to you in your welcome email. If you have lost your email, please email customer services and we will gladly send you another copy.
